If you are planning a music night in Partick, a pub stop can be part of the evening. Before visiting Deoch an Dorus specifically for live music, check a current announcement or call the team. An older article does not confirm a gig or a regular weekly session.
Check the current announcement
For a particular fixture or event, call 0141 357 2644 or check the pub’s official Facebook page before travelling. Check the date, start time and any entry arrangements in the current announcement.
Look for the performer, date and start time. Confirm whether an event is happening at the pub itself, and whether any entry conditions apply. Do not assume that an acoustic set, open mic or traditional session is running because it appeared in older coverage.
Our what’s on guide brings together the current contact points and live sport information.
A meal or a drink before heading out
The food menu lists freshly prepared pub favourites, and the drinks menu includes beer, wine, whisky and alcohol-free bottled choices. Food service ends before pub closing, so check the kitchen times if you are eating before a performance elsewhere.
The pub opens at 11am every day and closes at 11pm Sunday to Thursday, or midnight Friday and Saturday. Food is served from noon to 8pm Monday to Saturday and noon to 6pm Sunday. See opening and food service times.
Walk-in seating
Deoch an Dorus does not take table bookings. A seat or quieter corner depends on what is available. If conversation matters more than a busy atmosphere, check with the team about any live sport or other activity planned for your visit.
